Sean Mcinnes

Sean has a passion to help families navigate the crossroads of adolescent culture.  This passion has fueled his involvement in youth ministry for over ten years.  Sean has been a full-time youth pastor since 2003 after having been a public school teacher for four years.  He currently serves as the youth pastor at Bethlehem church in Randolph, NJ.

Sean holds a B.S. in Education from William Paterson University, a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University and is currently working toward a second Masters degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University.

Sean met and married his wife Cathy of ten years while they were both volunteer leaders in a youth ministry during their college years.  Sean and Cathy have two wonderful children, Caleb (pictured)& Julia, and are expecting their third child Caitlyn, due in April of ‘10.
